Your satisfaction is our priority at Worldchandeliers. We offer a robust 24-month warranty on all our luminaires (coverage excludes light bulbs, batteries, and other consumable parts; custom-modified fixtures require pre-approval to be eligible).

Resolution Process

Experiencing an issue? Simply email us at info@worldchandeliers.com to initiate a request—please include all of the following to avoid delays:

  1. Your 8-digit order number (located in your order confirmation email)
  2. Full product name and model number (if listed on the product package)
  3. Clear visual proof: photos (showing the defect, product label, and outer packaging if damage occurred during delivery) or a 10–30 second video (highlighting how the issue affects use)

  • Quick Review & Follow-Up: Our team reviews complete inquiries within 12 hours and sends a confirmation email with next steps (e.g., parts shipment, troubleshooting guidance) within 24 hours of review.
  • Free Parts & Shipping: For verified faulty components, we ship replacement parts to you at no cost. Standard express shipping takes 9–10 business days; remote regions (e.g., rural areas, non-major cities) may require an extra 3–5 business days—we will notify you of the adjusted timeline once your request is approved.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Safety & Eligibility: To maintain warranty validity, all fixtures must be installed by a certified electrician. We may ask you to provide a copy of the electrician’s certification or installation receipt if we need to verify compliance (e.g., for electrical-related defects).
  2. Non-Covered Scenarios: This warranty does not apply to:
    • Damages from improper handling, uncertified installation, or intentional misuse (e.g., using the fixture outside its stated voltage range)
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches on non-functional surfaces, fading from long-term exposure to direct sunlight)
    • Damages caused by force majeure (e.g., floods, earthquakes, power surges from regional electrical issues)

  3. Post-Warranty Care: After your 2-year warranty expires, we continue to support you:

    • For parts replacement or repair services, we will provide a detailed cost quote (including parts and shipping) before proceeding—no charges will be applied without your confirmation.
