Worldchandeliers products are crafted with care, and many fixtures are made-to-order to ensure proper finishing and secure packaging. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order to avoid delivery disputes and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Delivery Timeline
Your order typically follows two stages, and the total delivery time is subject to both production and logistics efficiency:
The order delivery time= Order Processing Time + Transit Time
It is recommended that you calculate the arrival time and purchase in advance. Please note that our order processing includes the production phase (critical for made-to-order products) and will not start until the order is confirmed.
- Production (Made-to-Order): 20–30 business days
(Note: Production may be extended by 3–5 business days during peak seasons [e.g., Christmas, Black Friday] or for customized fixtures; we will notify you of any delays in advance.)
- Shipping/Transit: 20–30 business days
(Transit time is affected by destination regions; remote areas may require an additional 5–7 business days.)
Estimated delivery range: 40–60 business days starting from the date your order is confirmed.
Our daily cutoff time is 17:00 (5:00 PM). Any orders placed after this time will be scheduled for processing and production starting from the next business day.
2. Free Shipping & No Extra Charges
- Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount required.
- You will not be required to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees at delivery.
(Note: This policy applies to most countries/regions; for special regions with strict customs regulations, we will confirm fee details with you before order processing to avoid unexpected charges.)
3. Tracking
After your order ships, we will send a tracking number and carrier link to your registered email within 1 business day.
- Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to begin updating after the carrier picks up the package (due to carrier system synchronization delays).
- If tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us promptly—do not wait until the estimated delivery period expires to report issues.
4. Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address is complete, correct, and in English (for international shipments), including:
- Detailed street address (avoid abbreviations that may cause confusion)
- Unit number (if applicable, e.g., apartment number, building number)
- Postal code (must match the destination region)
- Valid phone number (required by most carriers for delivery notifications)
Worldchandeliers is not responsible for delays, return shipping fees, or order cancellations caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to modify the address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours—address changes cannot be supported once production has started.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, or parts are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation time). Late requests may not be eligible for free replacement.
You must provide the following materials to support your claim:
- Your 8-digit order number (found in the order confirmation email)
- Clear photos/videos of:
- The outer carton (showing damage, shipping label, and seal status)
- The damaged item/parts (highlighting the defect location)
- All packaging materials (to verify if damage was caused by improper packaging)
We will review your claim within 3 business days and provide solutions such as:
- Free replacement of damaged parts (with expedited shipping)
- Resending the entire order (if the main product is irreparable)
- Partial refund (only if you refuse replacement and the defect does not affect use)
6. Delivery Commitments
We’re committed to clear communication and dependable delivery support, while acknowledging that unforeseen factors may affect timelines:
- We will provide tracking details as soon as your order ships (no later than 1 business day after shipment).
- The stated timeframes are estimates—delays may occur due to peak seasons, extreme weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms), carrier capacity shortages, or customs inspections.
- If your delivery timeline is expected to be extended by more than 10 business days, we will notify you via email/phone and offer options (e.g., order adjustment, priority shipping upgrade).
- If your package shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, we will proactively contact the carrier to investigate and share the progress with you every 2 business days.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to address issues or recipient unavailability, we will guide you to reschedule delivery or update the address within 48 hours (to avoid package return).

8.More Statement
- To comply with international shipping regulations and GMC policies, all products will be declared truthfully (including product name, value, and quantity). Falsified declarations (e.g., underreporting value) are not supported.
- Do not re-register a new account to place orders if you have unresolved shipping disputes with your current account—this may be deemed an attempt to evade policies and affect your order processing.
