SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

- We will provide a tracking number (and carrier link) within 1 business day of shipment;
- Delivery times are estimates only (40–60 business days for made-to-order items, as stated in our Shipping Policy)—we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), but will notify you within 2 business days if delivery is delayed by more than 10 business days;
- Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier confirms receipt (not just when we transfer the product);
- We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses (you must confirm address accuracy before checkout—per our Shipping Policy).
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
